FREIGHT CHARGES

We use  Aust Post and  TNT 3 day delivey service for prompt Door to Door deliveries. 

All our goods are insured for your protection.

The freight charges quoted are for freight to the following areas :

• All of Victoria
• All of NSW
• Brisbane & Gold Coast Only
• Adelaide Metro
• All of ACT

For all other Areas and remote areas an additional cost maybe added to the freight charges we will contact you before processing order if this is the case.

DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT

If for any reason you are not happy with condition of the goods delivered ie : they are damaged in transit please mark this on the docket when the driver asks for a signature and notify us within 7 days so that we can organise a replacement to be sent to you.

If goods are to be returned other than the above circumstances then you will have to pay the cost to return the goods to us and we will send a replacement to you at no cost. We can not accept goods that have been sent back without an authorisation from us. You can not use our account number to return goods unless we have authorised it.
